The use of electronics decreases vividity.

W-wh-what? I don't get this... I have INTENSELY vivid dreams almost every night, and I'm on the Computer a heck of a lot.
And now.. for a Stephen Strutmeyer Film...

Its true computers do cause sleep trouble. But you are supposed to sleep for around 4 or so hours so the REM cycle kicks in, aren't you? By then the effects would have worn off. So no, it doesn't directly effect lucid dreams. Only sleep. If you find you have no trouble sleeping after using the computer, you should be fine.

Hmm. I suppose I worried for nothing.

I am on the comp for about 92% of my waking day, though.

That is quite a bit. But you shouldn't worry about it. I also am on a lot of the time, and I still have dreams x)
