Question Would I be sutable for a WBTB LD?

I goto bed about midnight and fall asleep about 1AM because I'm always thinking up crazy story's and I wake up at 6.15AM for my paper round but when I come back about 7.30AM I go back to bed and back to sleep. and I was wondering if I could to a WBTB LD with this Schedule?

And I've heard its also good when your going a WBTB to think your dream and slip into the dream while thinking it.

Any replies would be helpful, thanks!
      I'm not strange, just different.

Maybe, everyones differant. When ever I tried staying up for an hour I couldn't get to sleep when I wanted to have a lucid dream! The best advice I can give you is to expeiment and see whats best for you.

If you don't have trouble getting back to sleep, then this should be fine. In fact, I think LaBerge had most success with WBTB periods of an hour in duration, so you'll be closer to that ideal than many of us.

How long do you get to sleep after getting back?
