Simplest answer is "Will it." As in simply conjure up the will to force yourself into a first person perspective. But this isn't always easy. |

hey everyone, this is my first post ! anyways, i was wondering... although i have yet to have my first LD all my dreams are in 3rd person point of view (PoV). so say i achieve lucidity in a dream i end up getting stuck on a 3rd person PoV, is there anyway i can change it to 1st person PoV? IMO it would be very annoying/fustrating to not experience flying in your own eyes/body, but rather watch yourself do it from a distance, like a movie. so how do you shift PoV? |

Yup, what ExoByte said. I've changed perspective by willing it, but what happened was I was looking at a rabbit and wanted control of the lucid dream. Well, I guess my subconscious figured that since the only other living thing in my vision was the rabbit, that must be the key to control, so I possessed the jackrabbit and started running like him. |

DV Dictionary. / Verious: a definition. /
I'm not on DV much these days, but I'll try to toss a cool dream or two into my DJ.
That's really interesting, because my mums dreams are always in third person POV, too. I didn't know if she was being serious or not, because I've never actually experienced this... |
