Thread: i cant remember the conversations please help me on this

in two of my dreams, one from early this month and one from last month, i had important conversations with someone but i can not remember them. i tried the method that people say to try when you wake up just sit still and try to recall your dream but it has not worked. i feel the need to recall theses conversations. how can i do that?
