Dragonz, you have to will yourself to stay in the dream, and try to concentrate on something. As the others have said, smell the air, and all the other good stuff.
My suggestion to you is, that as soon as you start to feel like you are losing your lucidity, try doing a reality check. If you don't already know, Reality checks are a way to check if you're dreaming or not. For example, In my opinion the most efficient one is the Nose Plug Reality Check. All you have to do is plug your nose and trying breathing in through your nose. It is very simple, and you should have no trouble doing it in your dream.
If you ask why the Reality check to stay more lucid, the answer is that your body is being reminded that it is in fact dreaming, and your brain will respond with increasing your clarity and control. Your mind is very powerful, just telling your mind something already creates a memory/event/flag in your subconcious. There are some great MP3 files posted by NINJA. These MP3 files create a subliminal message that is sent to your subconcious while listening to it. This is just something that might help you get lucid more often. More information about subliminal message music can be found here:

I recommend that one, because it has the best quality out of all of them.
Good Luck!
