It has been worth the effort after almost 2 years.

Since I first heard about lucid dreaming, I knew that it was possible to do that, but I also knew that that was going to be really difficult for me to learn hox to do it. Even I thought that only few people with some caracteristics could become lucid dreamers. At that time I could barely remember a dream a week. Most of the time I could remember those dreams because I saw myself flying. Since then things have change a lot . I am not a prolific lucid dreamer , but lately, almost every week I have lucid dreams. In all of them I become lucid in the middle of a dream. I feel like a "click" and I realize than I am dreaming. I have been experimenting quite a few thing that I have read in this blog. By the way this blog is more teenager like now. I never do RC during my lucid dreams because , a least in my case is totally innecesary, I just remember the date, and that's it. There is something that continue to bother me during my lucid dreams and it is a pressure on my chest. I know when I wake up during those dream that I could easily enter a dream again , and sometimes I do that, but in some instances I prefer to wake up totally to recover my breath.

it happens the same thing to me, when you practice for some time you start having LDs witohut having to do anything, i had like 6 lds per week, but then it suddenly stopped, don't relax too much or i think it could happen the same to you... im now trying to have lds again, but it is alot more easier than when you are a beginner :p
