Depends how the dream went. If it was a bad one, I open my eyes and think 'I could have down better.

If it was a good LD? I feel as if I can take on the world. I feel like I can do anything. Lately I only feel truly 'rested' after either a. an extremely vivid dream or b. an LD.

Lucid dreaming is more than just fun for me. It has given my life deeper meaning.
And now.. for a Stephen Strutmeyer Film...

I physically feel the same or a little less tired than normal, but the whole morning, I'm just thinking about one thing...

THAT WAS THE BEST DREAM EVER! 8D

Of course, I always think that, even though I've had better LDs. Whatever.

We all live in a kind of continuous dream. When we wake, it is because something,
some event, some pinprick even, disturbs the edges of what we have taken as reality.

I always want to get up and write it down before I forget everything. I also get a huge sense of confidence, and think, "That was easy, I'll just do that again tomorrow night, or whenever I want." ...cue the dryspell.

I get very excited about having an LD, but I've had headaches and felt less rested the 2 times I've had LDs.

Usually I feel relaxed and alert. A calm similar to meditation. But sometimes I feel twisted and used up, sort of like the feeling of coming down off a really strong acid trip, but different. I've also woken up with a head ache once or twice.

I always feel really satisfied as well. Even when I feel bad.
157 is a prime number. The next prime is 163 and the previous prime is 151, which with 157 form a sexy prime triplet. Taking the arithmetic mean of those primes yields 157, thus it is a balanced prime.

i feel more awake than when I usually wake up, but that's because when I'm lucid it's like a large part of my mind is already awake. And I haven't yet managed to get back to sleep after one.

I get mentally clear after LDing, as though a gray veil were lifted from my mind.
And I feel happy and satisfied inside.
Physically, I go about my day as normal, but I think my good mood from that night makes me a little sharper than usual.

From my experiences, I always feel incredibly alert and, well, lucid. Things are incredibly clear.
