I dont have much time for sleeping.

The last week when i started with the training, i was in sort of a vacation of one week.
so i was remembering my dreams eevery day like 2, or 3 each night.

Now that im working, i have to wake up at 5:40, and i normally go to sleep 11:00 - 12:00 PM
And now i cant remeber my dreams anymore.

I actually did some Waking Life Diary, that Master recommended me, and at the first night it worked, plus that day i sleeped 11:00.

How can i still Recalling my Dreams with only a few hours of sleep?
And if i stay ONE WEEK, without recalling any dreams, i ill back to 0 in my training? (cuz i readed that if u stop for some time training, u ill lose all your training)

      (SORRY FOR MY ENGLISH)

You open the door, and throw away the keys. Someone is my head, but its not me.

Is it possible for you to go to bed sooner? If so then just start going to bed a little earlier each night until you reach a reasonable bed time.

You could also try setting an alarm to go off in the middle of the night, at least 4-7 hours into sleep, so you can write down any dreams you had recently, then go to sleep using the MILD method.

As long as you stay dedicated and keep practicing you shouldn't lose any training. Some times people have dry spells and can't become lucid or remember any dreams at all, and that's normal. Once I had a three week dry spell. Just keep practicing and you should be fine.

I hope that helped and good luck!

I wouldn't sweat it too much. You could have hit a dry spell. Just write down anything you remember, even if its a small fragment or feeling. Another thing you could try is setting your alarm at a different time or maybe set the alarm earlier then set it again an hour or so before you wake up.

Don't get discouraged if you don't remember anything. Lucid dreaming takes time and patience, you'll have a breakthrough sooner or later. Remember, practice makes perfect.
