Good idea, I think this is the method used by dream yogis, they try to be aware of their environment all the time, so they will be aware of their environment in their dream as well and become lucid. |

I was wondering if maybe just pinching your nose and trying to breath, or looking at your hands wasn't just enough. When I do reality checks I'm starting to try to be more aware (Heightened senses) Such as trying to hear everything and seeing more movement color etc. While pinching my nose and such. I'm wondering if this is really a better way to do reality checks instead of just the standard question, "Am I dreaming?" with other various tests. |
