      Hey...
      Really...?
That's good to hear...I'll be sure to stabilize my dream before proceeding to the "fun stuff"..
But, I have a question...how does stabilization work?
Does it increase the vividness of the whole dream?
or just the part you're looking at?
      Thanks Again,
      Sam

The idea is to remain in a constant state of departure while always arriving..

Focusing passively on objects near you one at a time. Only choose a couple and go back and forth between them trying to retain their original form. It takes time to build up a capacity to take in a whole vivid scene without giving into excitement, so start small. Don't be too passive, but don't be overly concerned either - balance is key.
