      Question I have some questions.

      Do you have to keep a dream jorunal in order to lucid dream? Thats not working out with me. I rember my dreams, and review them through my head during the day, i even sometimes look it up in a dream dictonary. And if am peforming a WILD do i keep my eyes closed or open my eyes while am laying in my bed, if you can post a good lesson on WILD, that would be really helpfull, thank you.

      It's pretty crucial to be honest. It helps you get better dream recall, and it's to help spot your dream signs. I'm afraid I don't know anything about WILD though.
      GOALS: Fly [X] - Glide [X] - Telekinesis [X] - Teleportation [ ] - Time manipulation [ ] - Have a Matrix-style fight [ ] - Kill someone with Music [ ] - Place my hand in boiling water and drink it [ ] - Make the moon crash into the Earth [ ]

      You don't have to, no. It helps, but you don't have to. Personally I hate getting up in the morning to write them, so I don't bother unless they were really interesting. >>
