I didn't get much sleep last night, I went to my room to meditate, I was too tired to sit up so I laid down and observed my thoughts. At SOME point I went into SP. I'm not sure at all. I lost perception of time. Next thing I knew I was in SP. I thought to myself: "When I open my eyes, I will be in my room. In the middle of the day" I opened my left eye and I saw exactly what I WOULD have seen if I had opened my eye in the waking world. I then tried to sit up. But my arms were incredibly weak. I couldn't push myself up! I told myself I had been taking weightlifting classes. I then faded out and in again. I was laying down again. I could only open my left eye. I then closed my eyes and summoned all my strength and threw my dream body onto the bed across from me (Our room layout is weird) I then slowly looked to my right and saw out the door, through the hallway. I saw out television on the entertainment center. I faded away. I tried to open my eyes. I then ended up opening my real life eyes... Can anyone tell me what I am supposed to do once in SP to LD?

Eh, you were already dreaming while in SP, so, if you had RCed, would have become lucid and gotten out of there I guess. Which is why whenever you try to WILD, do a RC, maybe you are already dreaming!

OH! I forgot to include! As I opened my eye. I looked at my hands! But they were INVISIBLE! But I could tell where they were. I passed my invisible hands right through eachother! I was just weak... Loose control... Pretty detailed but I had trouble controlling my dream body...
