      first on perpose lucid dream

      last night i got a lucid dream by doing the techniques but i have trouble keeping my dreams lucid it weird

      i cant remember what it called but i kept saying i want to dream about blablabla nad then i said am i dreaming and then i woke up in a dream and the first words i said were am i dreaming
