The Strangest Feeling I Went Lucid Last Night

So I have been surfing DV looking at some random posts, lookin cool. But I just went into the journals section, started reading one, got to the point the writer went lucid, and had the strangest feeling that I went lucid last night. I don't have any details at all, but I just feel that I went lucid, at least for a moment.

Do other people get this, where they don't have any memory of an LD except a feeling, like deja vu? Or is it just my mind playing tricks on me?

I know what you mean. The first LDs that you have are always REALLY strange because you are not used to them. You could have briefly realized you where dreaming but it ended so quickly that you had a hazy memory of it. My first few were that way. But now that I have had about 10 LDs, each time I remember more and more about them. In my last one I finally was able to walk around and just observe the dreamworld. It was SO AWSOME. You might have heard that once you get used to it a lucid dream can have like super HD visuals, my last LD was like that it was insane.

Enough about me, just keep at it and sooner or later you will remember a LD in vivid detail. Just make sure you 1) Write in Dream Journal daily 2) Do reality checks daily/ question reality when you see dreamsigns or something strange 3) Practice awareness (meditation, ect.)

No offense or anything, but I hate it when people compare everything to "HD" its just a marketing word, HD resolution was around when the first 35MM film where developed and remains relatively unchanged since its introduction in 1892. we see in a much higher resolution that is being used in this film.

No, I have never had this, actually! At least, I can't remember there being this feeling. Perhaps I had the feeling, but didn't believe in it . IDK.
If you see a strange typo in my post, blame my iPad for that.

Interesting that you mention this, since, I've had this feeling several times before, never remembering the dream, but, always believing that I've gone lucid

What you're all likely experiencing is a rather common phenomena that just about every human is subject to. Namely, remembering an event that never occurred after being presented with the possibility that it did, or something like that. There have actually been pretty conclusive studies done on this, but I'll be damned if I feel like researching them up at 4 in the morning.
