      I'm going away this vacation

i was just wondering what some things are that i can do to not unlearn everything that i learned in the period before that, and things i can do to still make some progress.
i won't have a computer there and im not going to be able to set alarms during the night and things like that. it will be a physically active period of 10 days. any tips to take with me? thanks

Take a notepad as a temporary DJ with you. Could be helpfull.
Focus on techniques that don'tr requires you waking up at a determined time, since you don't have an alarm - techniques as DILD, for example.

i would love to take a notepad, believe me, but how would i tell the other people what i am doing, it would just be too embarrassing to tell them that i have a dream journal. and i dont want to explain everything about lucid dreaming (actually, i do want but meh)

Tell them some university wants to have your dreams written down for a experiment or something

On a more serious note though, I take it you will be going with friends? I take it they are your friends for a reason and they should be fine with this kinda stuff, also you would not let other people control your life would you?
Most people like to hear about new stuff.

That's what I tought before I used to have a digital DJ, and had a notebook. Nobody ever asked what I was doing or what I was writing. Write when you are alone, just some notes, some toughts, don't need to be the entire dream, and the date, when you have access to a computer you write on your digital DJ.
If they ask what it is, say that you're doing some anotations or notes.

Tell 'em its none of their business.

Just keep recall up with a notepad and pen and you should be fine.

I don't think you can really unlearn how to lucid dream. You just get a little rusty if you let recall slip.

I'm lazy and I make message drafts in my phone, which I then (AM SUPPOSED TO) transfer to my DJ... but that doesn't happen (have 20 drafts as it is). However, I can only hold 20drafts, lol

I was just on vacation myself for almost 2wks and didn't have that many dreams. I wonder if you're mind is so tired, it says, "Screw making pictures tonight. I'm resting!" haha

Otherwise, if they're your true friends, they will think it's prob interesting and won't care... or may want to hear more. I've told my GF and my best friend about it and they think it's cool. My GF said she actually counted her fingers and had 27, lol!

Bring a DJ. I've had some killer lucid dreams while on holiday.

I will be pretty tired during this period, will it have any effects on lucid dreaming?
