mine always happened in the morning when i wake up then fall back to sleep again.
it's only today ive started researching on this and found this forum.
but now i know all this stuff, and will be trying to get a lucid dreaming agian, will it prevent me from lucid dreaming? cos i thought it was more like a naturally happening experience.
Your posts will be much easier to read if you spell your words correctly and punctuate your sentences appropriately. With that, welcome to the forum.

No, it won't prevent you from lucid dreaming, if anything this experience will make it easier for you to do it. What you did is what we call a "DEILD", or a "dream-exit induced lucid dream", in which you wake up from a dream and go back to sleep, right into another one, but you're aware that it's a dream.

And it IS a naturally occurring experience. In that way, it's not dangerous to you to induce lucidity for yourself. Some people have them easier than others, and some are actual naturals at lucid dreaming, but either way it's a natural act that anyway can learn how to do.

I'm not on DV much these days, but I'll try to toss a cool dream or two into my DJ.
