      New RC Idea

I've been using pushing my hand through my palm, looking at my hands, and trying to push my hand through a solid object as my reality checks with no luck. I recently had a dream that I was giving a speech but when I tried to read my speech the lines would mix up and the sentences made no sense and I realized that I must be dreaming. This gave me the idea to use a rubber bracelet with writing on it as a RC. Let me know what you guys think about it and I'll post something if it works

Whenever I speak Na'vi I do an RC.

Another RC is simply related to ADA - when my vision is blurry or I don't think well then do a nose-pinch ASAP.
Oel ayngati kame, ma smukan sė smuke. Oe plltxe nėNa'vi. Na'vi lu lė'fya asėltsan sė asevin. 'Ivong Na'vi!
If anybody also speaks the above language, then please PM me ASAP!!!

that sounds cool. Maybe if you don't have a rubber bracelet you could keep a piece of paper with writing too complicated too remember, in your pocket. sometimes when My vision is blurry in dreams I can't open my dream eyes all the way, or raise my head. Then I realize I'm dreaming and still can't open them and just wake up

Well it probably depends on the person. I know it wouldn't work for me because everything in my dreams is readable. I find it strange.
But If you're dreams aren't like that it'll probably work because the words will be unreadable wether you remember them or not.
It may work better if it's something you remember because then if it's something different you know your dreaming.

It would be a lot more practical if you did the same thing with a watch. That way you can attempt to time them every hour. With enough practice you will start looking at your watch naturally hourly. Eventually you will look at your watch in your dream hourly too

I can purposefully make digital watches go the correct way in LDs if I want to...

Usually my best shot is to yell something in Chinese - even though I am bilingual in Chinese and English IRL, I don't seem to be able to speak Chinese at any significant fluency in my dreams, probably because IRL I think in English...
