      lucid dream mild

      I've been trying Mild for like 4 years but no luck. like when you repeat mantra how long should it be done and does it have to be the last thing before bed? second does looking at hands increase mild?

      If lucid dreaming would be induced by just saying a mantra, everyone would be a master. Try to combine it with techniques like WBTB.

      If MILD seems to be ineffective for you then you should try another technique like: DILD
