      Lightbulb color DILD

a simple idea o had some weeks ago, for some reason i stoped trying but it gave me 3 lucid dreams in the first week (really don't know why i stoped doing this)

the idea is to remember to ask yourself if you are dreaming/reality check, or incress awareness every time you see any object of any primary color
you must rethink the meaning of your chosen color, example: i choosed red, red isn't just a color for now on, the color red, has a new meaning for me, the color itself means lucidity, and i must question reality every time i see a red object (full or almost full red)

its really hard at first, you have to force yourself to notice every [color] object around you, but then it becomes normal and its easier to unconciously recognise the color without trying

When you go to bed think about all objects that could be in this color, every time you visualize a new object imagine yourself becoming lucid, you can also repeat mantras to set your intention

Now: what if you add another color to the list every once in a while, maybe in a period of 3 days, by this increasing your chance of lucid dreaming, i think is a good idea to DILD's

any toughs? feel free to try this, and sorry for my bad english

Sounds like a good idea for a reality check. As you looking around and paying attention to your surroundings looking for your color, it increases awarenes also.

Only problem would be, as it would be with other RCs /dream sigh also, if you don't see this color/item in your dream. You will loose that chance to become lucid. That's why it's recommended to RC at random times, not tied to any particular situation or item.

But if you have a dram sign that's very frequent - let's say color, then it should work for you. And if this works for you, that's awesome. Happy dreams.

I already added the color BLUE as a dream sign because I find that many of the significant objects in my lucid dreams tend to be blue, from machinery to chairs.

It makes a good reality check, though I doubt I could add more colors to my list of dream signs.
