      If you're referring to lucid dreaming, no, it's not bullshit. It's been documented through hundreds and hundreds of years. It has also been scientifically documented on several occasions and "proven" to exist using the eye movement experiment. Perhaps you're just feeling down because you're pessimism makes you fail to lucid dream?
