Alright thanks, normally (not always) when I look at my phone I do the clock check but after that I don't really think of it, my awareness goes away in like 20 seconds. But I will be working on my awareness all summer, hopefully to go back to school having 3 lucids a week or 10 a month (my goal) |

Ok set my wallpaper and it says RC so that should help, i'm going to try a wbtb wild tonight, is 4 1/2 or 6 hrs better, or are they both sort of the same |

Ok thanks I will try 6 hrs, when I did 4 1/2 I was way too tired. I am also starting meditation at night for 10-20 minutes |

5htp six hours before sleep? Wouldn't the 5htp be a lot less effective by the time you sleep? Perhaps I'm wrong, but I try to take any vitamins/supplements shortly before I fall asleep, usually less than an hour before I head to bed. |

Awww no recalled dreams? I'm sorry. Different supplements work different for everybody, although sometimes it does take a while to build up in your system. But whatever your try, and more specifically, what ever you find that does work, remember that your body can build up a resistance to it. So it's good that you're practicing your WBTB method on top of it. It's good to build up a strong method or 2. |

I think it was from the 5-htp. 200mg tonight without 5htp. I will be able to sleep in so I'm gonna go to bed a 12 and wake up at 7 I guess and take it then. I have been reading ETWOLD and I feel like I am going to lucid tonight, I am suddenly more aware after reading it.. 80 pages down in 1 day |

Thanks, I believe I had a lucid last night. It was just plain darkness and knew I was dreaming for whatever reason. I have been having a lot more dreams where I associated them with lucids but I was not lucid. Sorry if thats confusing. Also, do you guys know any MILD exercises besides the ones in ETWOLD, cheers |

Insane lucid last night, was around 5-10 minutes and it was perfect. I flew around, felt the wind, banged some girls, listened in, closed my eyes and didn't wake up, summon, was awesome! |
