Well today i've going to sleep at night (0:00AM) and have listened to audio aid before I sleep even I said yesterday in mine mind that I remember my dreams after I wakeup a several times. I setted my alarm on 8:30AM for the C.A.T technique and again no dreams remembered. I'm a real rock if it comes to remember dreams.
Tonight I gonna try to sleep in more light room because it's very dark.

Should it be better to do set alarm on 5o'clock (5 hours after I sleep) and then try to remember my dreams and wrote them in mine DJ?

Your alarm clock could be the problem, I find whenever I'm shocked awake by an alarm I instantly forget any dreams I had. Practicing to wake up naturally works better.

The best reason for having dreams is that in dreams no reasons are necessary.

No sailor controls the sea. Only a foolish sailor would say such a thing. Similarly, no lucid dreamer controls the dream.
Like a sailor on the sea, we lucid dreamers direct our perceptual awareness within the larger state of dreaming.
