      Reality Checks:
      Finger through the palm of my hand
      Holding my nose and breathing.
      Tongue through the roof of my mouth.

      Dream Signs:
      Guns
      Disasters
      Disc Golf

      Short-Term Goals:
      Successfully WILD with a WBTB.
      Establish a connection between DS and RC.
      Meander through my dream house.

      Long-Term Goals:
      Average a LD a week.
      Fly to the moon and watch Earth.
      Extend my dream time.

      Lucid/Dream Recall History:
      2-4 per night.
