I'm so happy for your first lucid. It's a great feeling isn't it. |

Hi Jawad. For your goals, I would suggest doing something simple for now. Maybe try to make something simple appear, like your favorite object, or a person. You can think about them when you get lucid, or imagine them being there when you turn around. Or maybe you'd like to fly? You can jump up and just think you can fly. You can also make things move with your mind. Those are the basic ones I think you should try out. |

Looks good, Jawad. Are you noticing any common themes and elements in your dreams? Keep a look out for your dream signs! It may take a few more days to really know what they are, though, but just keep recording your dreams. |

Jawad, great job on staying so diligent with the dream journaling. Recalling 5 dreams is actually very respectable! Heck, I find that if I go to bed very tired and unfocused, I'll still occasionally have nights where I recall no dreams at all! |

1. “Colony” in other city where our other home is situated. But I don’t live there; I live in other city in new house. I go there twice in year. |

Good! Very good, in fact... this is a great list. |

You can reality check anytime your dream signs come into your mind, even if they're not there physically. Whenever something reminds you of them, reality check. Also, you can do your other normal reality checks, and while you are doing them, look around you and seeif your dream signs might be there. Sometimes in dreams, they're there but you just dont notice them |

At this point, I'd say assess whether you want to continue honing and refining your practices with DILD or if you want to try on another technique. You may find that a more regimented technique in the DILD family (such as MILD) could be a good fit for you. There's a MILD guide in the "Resources" section of the class, so I might suggest giving that a look if you're interested in that technique. |

Hey, congratulations on your coming wedding, Jawad! It's great that your practice has done so well when you're no doubt distracted with lots of waking life duties. |
|
Thank you so much for guidance. |

Cool, I will definitely have to try your hypnosis video out at some point. I tried one when I was first trying to lucid dream, but I knew basically nothing about how to LD. I put it on at the beginning of the night (I still didn't know I should WBTB at this point, lol). When the narrator whispered "Do a reality check!" it scared the heck out of me and woke me up. |
