Four dreams per night is great! And you're right about the sleep schedule. Lucidity becomes much more possible if you've got a good sleep schedule. The awareness practice is also great, I do ADA as well so it is, in a sense, being lucid in the waking world. The only thing is to retain that lucidity once we start dreaming
