I find what works for me for dream recall is when my alarm goes off or I just wake up normally is to turn off the alarm and then instantly go back into the position I was sleeping in. I will then close my eyes and try to remember any dreams I can. When I remember a dream, even just a slight fragment of one I will always ask myself what happened before I was doing thing. This always seems to help me remember more of my dream. I do this for any dream I can remember. I then write everything I can remember about my dreams on a piece of paper/ notebook. Normally while writing the dream down I start to remember other small details about the dream. |
