I don`t know how good it is really, but it always works if I relax my body enough beforehand. I`m not sure why. All I do is use a relaxation techinque to get my body relazed, then focus on my arms, then legs in turn. I cause some sort of warm feeling to go down them. I just keep repeating till I realize I`m in a Lucid dream, which usually comes as a shock, since I`m so concentrated on my body. On the other hand, If I don`t relax enough, or if I can`t concentrate I lose it. I have`nt succeeded in a WILD since that week. But thats probably because I injured myself and my sleeping schedule is heywire now.
