      Oceandrop's Workbook

      Hello,

like you can see is my Nickname Oceandrop and I joined this Forum in May (2012), anyway I hope I will have enough time to cultivate this Workbook and achieve all the homeworks that will be given out.

All lists below can be expanded in the future, they are definitely not final.

Dreamsigns that occur often in my dreams

      • Weapons
      • War

      Reality checks

      • Finger count
      • Sometimes nose plug

      Awareness
I don't know if its a technique, but I often use LaBerges exercise about "Your present state of consciousness", or at least try to remember to use it. So that I just try to be aware what I see, listen, feel, taste, smell, that I breath, what Emotions I have at the current state, my thoughts, that I'm not the feelings/things I experience, but that >I< experience the feelings and to be aware that I am aware. Also I try to use the things Sageous mentioned in his "Mental Prep Part A".
I hope that I through these exercises also become more aware of things that are strange when I'm dreaming and get easier lucid / lucidity through these exercises.

      Goals
Of course this is a list of goals I want to fulfill in my lucid dreams, so when something of this happens in my normal dreams, it doesn't count.

[X] Stabilize a Lucid Dream by rubbing hands.
[ ] Meeting the so-called Dreamguide and try to summon/meet him/her in further Dreams after it.
      [ ] Fly.
      [ ] Change the dreamscape/scene on purpose.
[ ] Visit the Hanging Gardens of Babylon.
[ ] Visit the Ayers Rock. (Also a Real life dream).
      [ ] Colossus of Rhodes.
[ ] visit "The Wall" from Game of Thrones. (In fact I did in a normal dream once).
[ ] Don't disturb the dream flow, but go with the dream to see what happens.
(For example, in my last Lucid Dream, before I got lucid I was worried that a Train would leave without me, but after I got lucid, I cast that thought away to get onto the train and walked in a whole different direction just to see what there is, it was still an amazing dream of course, but anyway that is a goal now for me to try to go with the dream flow and stay lucid).
      [ ] Control Air/Fire/Water/Earth.
[ ] Fulfill some TOTM (Can also be Old TOTM).
      [ ] Hear music.
      [ ] Eat something.
      [ ] Eat a watermelon.

Goals that I strongly wish to fulfill
[ ] Use this workbook to motivate myself and getting more self-discipline @ making RCs and try to remember LaBerges Awareness exercise.
[ ] Fly on a Airship, whether its a "real" Zeppelin, or a Final Fantasy like Airship, I don't care I love them all :3
[ ] Morph/Shape-shift into different forms of Animals/Creatures to find my favorite one. (Thanks Harelori for the inspiration for this goal)
      [ ] Study.
[ ] Building/Creating something similiar to LaBerges Dream Workshop.
[ ] Possible an Airship for travel around.
[ ] And a Chinese styled house in the Mountains, more similiar to the Dream Workshop LaBerge describes.

      Current Technique

Until now I just used DILD/MILD I think. As soon as I catch up the WILD Class, I will probably also try WILD seriously.

      Other stuff

Thanks to Paige and Harelori I looked at their Workbooks to know how to structure mine and lent some things.
