Galentorsk's workbook
Reality Checks:
-Trying to breath through plugged nose.
-Checking my hand, counting fingers.
-Pushing my thumb through my hand.
Dream Signs:
-I tried to write down what I dreamt last night but I only remember a tiny bit of what actually happened.
It feels like I remember everything the moment I wake up but a couple of seconds later I forget the most of the dream.
Only sometimes I can remember my dream to fully potential, I guess I need to train this up in some kind of way.
UPDATE:
- While I was on the bus today I drove by my drivingschool I used to go to some months ago. At that moment I realized what I'd dreamt of last night. I dreamed about that my driverslisence had been recalled because the drivingschool I had did not accept the result I got on the test I did some months ago. I already had the driverslisence so I started arguying with my drivingschool teacher and in the end my dad showed up and told me I had to do the test again. More than that I don't remember.
- I've also checked my dreambook or whatever it's called and I don't remember anything of what I've written down on that paper, it's almost scary how you forget your dreams so quickly.
Short-Term Goals:
-Becoming Lucid.
-Remember my dreams better.
-Staying Lucid while I'm aware of that it's all a dream.
Long-Term Goals:
-Being able to have a Lucid Dream whenever I like to.
-Being able to control my lucidity.
-Be able to do crazy stuff in my dream such as flying, creating objects etc.
-Being able to play backgroundmusic in my dreams (since I've seen people have actually aquired this ability)
Lucid/Dream Recall History:
It actually felt like I became Lucid once last night but I woke up the moment I realized.
I'm not sure if it really happened or if I only think it happened, as I said... my memory of dreams is not always in top form.
Current Technique:
Reality Checks, haven't really tried more than that. I'm also trying to write a dreambook, or whatever it's called. (Pretty new with all this...)
