Reality Checks:
- Checking the time on my watch (Is this right? I read it somewhere, but I don't remember where...)
- Reading things
- Trying to put finger through hand

Dream Signs:
- Seeing my Dad (deceased)
- Not being myself or viewing from a third person view - I very often seem not to be me.

Short-Term Goals:
- Remember to practice RC during the day
- To improve dream recall
- To keep writing in my dream journal

Long-Term Goals:
- To have a lucid dream
- To be myself in dreams (Are there any methods that can help with this? I don't want to not be me in my own dreams all the time...)

Lucid/Dream Recall History:
- I remember a few dreams, but have a great many mornings when I know I did dream, but not what. As a child, I had many lucid dreams, but for the purposes of this site, I won't count them. It feels like a different life, and I have long since lost/forgotten whatever ability or technique I had. So, my lucid dream count is zero. (Sigh!)

Current Technique:
-I want to WILD, but for now I'm going to start with DILD/MILD - I'll work on RC obsessively, I think...
