      September 5 - Had a nap today. Interesting stuff, I met that recurring DC that I had in my first LD again, his name most certainly started with the letter 'K'. I'll probably stick to calling him by that until more information is found. I didn't explicitly talk to him, but saw him in a crowd and he looked at me. I really need to add him to my dream signs, but then again, how can I RC for him IWL? I also talked to my doctor and she said that I should stop taking B6 supplements so now I am eating some banana before bed so I can get B6 from a different source.

      Well you can reality check whenever you remember him, or see something that reminds you of him. Basically any thoughts that are related to him, reality check.

      Have you tried apple juice too? It's great also, and if you ever wanna do a WBTB, you can drink apple juice before bed to increase dream vividness (may or may not work for everyone), as well as help wake you up naturally to relieve yourself.
      If something goes wrong with your dream, just yell, "PLOT TWIST!" and move on.

      Maybe it's a dream and if I scream, it will burst at the seams.

      I get apple juice at my school café everyday and bring it home to drink on a daily basis, and I can say it definitely helps.
