Hello everybody, here's my workbook. Reality Checks: Pinching my nose and trying to breath Pushing my right thumb through my left palm Counting my fingers Dream Signs: I havent found any yet - - Short-Term Goals: Have my first LD Succesfully WILD Jump off the miami International Airport Control Tower thing Long-Term Goals: Learn parkour in my dreams Have a famous singer make a song and remember it when I wake up Lucid/Dream Recall History: -I remember maybe two or three dreams a week Current Technique: FILD As for the times that I naturally go to bed and wake-up, I try to go to bed at 11:00 PM and I wake up around 8:00 Am

I know I haven't been keeping up with my workbook recently, but I've been working on my dream recall and it seems to be improving a bit I'll be updating my DJ soon too. Well I guess thats all for now
