- Looking around and questioning reality
- Pinching my nose and trying to breathe

Short-Term Goals:

- Keep a Dream Journal
- Remember at least one dream every night
- Try SSILD or normal WBTB

Long-Term Goals:

- Lucid dream regularly
- Having good dream control
- Regular RC during the day

Lucid/Dream Recall History:

As a child I had extremely regular and vivid dreams, maybe sometimes even lucid ones. I loved them and still do as I admire all different kinds of stories. My deam recall is quite bad and I am now trying to better this as a first step to learn lucid dreaming.
