I will start writing down dreams, so that I can improve my recall and be aware of my dream signs.

Short-Term Goals:
-First lucid dream
-Improve dream stability once I achieve lucidity
-Recall more dreams
-Consistently update dream journal

Long-Term Goals:
-Obtain lucidity in dreams fairly often
-Recall multiple dreams per night

I'm so sorry! This semester was a lot more challenging than expected,and I completely forgot about lucid dreaming. Now that summer is here, I'm gonna give this another try.
