      Kaotic's Workbook

Alright, well I stopped even attempting for 5 months, and just took off from the forums after three posts, and I'd like to start back up again. I'd post in my old one, but I"m looking for a fresh start.

      Reality Checks:
Don't really do any, as I'm still getting my Dream Recall back to where it was.
      - Hands through fingers (Always do first, even though it's never worked for me)
      - Pinching nose and trying to breathe
      - Hands through a wall

      Dream Signs:
      - Being places that either don't exist anymore, or I don't go to anymore.
      - People that I don't normally get along with being my friends
      - Things that don't exist ap

      Short-Term Goals:
      - Improve my Dream Recall.
      - Find a technique that works for me (Other than DILD).
      - Have my fourth lucid dream.

      Long-Term Goals:
      - Have a conversation with a DC while lucid.
      - Be able to have lucid dreams once or twice a month.
      - Have a successful WILD

      Lucid/Dream Recall History:
      - Well, I started off probably two years ago, and it went fairly well. I wasn't on this forum at that point, I was on a different one which I will not mention here. Within a week I was remembering a dream and a couple of fragments every night, and had my first DILD lucid dream. I then quit because my family weren't too keen on me doing this (For reasons unbeknownst to me.) so I stopped. I had a lucid dream a few weeks later, after falling back asleep for fifteen minutes after waking up. I then started back up a year and a half later with intent, and worked my way back to where I was in a couple of days, minus the lucid dream part. In a week I was remembering two dreams a night at minimum and could wake myself up after a dream using auto-suggestion. I then stopped trying again a few days after having my third lucid dream because of time restraints. I couldn't spend time on the forums, which caused me to lose my motivation to try. Now.. here I am again. Trying to improve my Dream Recall yet again.

      Current Technique:
      - N/A. Improving dream recall.

      Hey Kaotic, welcome!

Sorry your family got weird about your LDing.. not everybody understands it. Anyway, I know it's only been a couple days, but how's the recall coming along?

It's going pretty well. I am getting at the very least a fragment each night, and writing them down in as great detail as I can. Speaking of that tomorrow I need to start a Dream Journal on here..
