Wow, day 7 already! Time goes by pretty fast when you're catching dreams, it seems!

Set two alarms for this morning, one at 4 and one at 5. No luck; I keep sleeping through them. So today I have started using a mantra, "I am aware of waking after my dreams."

I did have some really vivid dreams last night into the morning, and I had a FA. One thing I need to improve on is doing RCs after I wake up. It takes me 30+ min to wake up fully enough to do a good RC.

I'm beginning to think I'm wearing myself out with ADA. I'm doing ~30 second sessions at least once an hour, so really not much, but autopilot was my life two weeks ago. If I'm still feeling out of it by the weekend, I'll take a little break.
