Went to bed pretty late last night too. Woke up at 5:16, and recorded a little dream fragment. I went back to sleep, and woke up again at 6:20. I could remember another, longer fragment and a FA. The FA was extremely short; I just lifted my head to look at the time, and the clock read 8:40-something AM. I felt very tired so I laid my head back down and "fell asleep."

I always wake up tired like that, and I won't remember to RC until I'm out of my room. I suppose I can use a mantra to help with that. I've been using the mantra, "I remember my dreams clearly and vividly," the past few days, and it seems to be working. Recall is gradually getting better!
