Thank you for you welcome and I just want to ask how I can use WBTB effectively. I tried it this morning; i went to sleep at 10pm and woke up around 3am I noticed that i had only slept 5 hours but decided to try to WBTB after I finished writing in my journal. I failed I stayed awake for an hour I got up to check the time it was 4am. I got tired and just went to sleep with out affirmations or thoughts. |
