      Thanks! Yeah it is. It is supposed to increase dream recall, make your Rem cycles longer, and make dreams more vivid. It's mostly just a combo of the different supplements. It's kind of pricey though.



      As for last night:
      I did my usual WBTB and SSILD. I didn't take any dream leaf because I dont want to build tolerance and I want to be able to LD without it. Right when I fell asleep after the SSILD cycles my dog went crazy(at 3am) I couldn't fall back asleep for a while but woke up remembering just one decently long dream.
