      goldenphoniex's workbook

hey there people, my name is eyob. i have duchenne musclar dysthrophy and social phobia. i moved to norway three years ago. i am a big fan of video games.
      Reality Checks:
      -nose plug
      - counting fingers
      - telekenis

      Dream Signs:
      -my old house(too many times)
      -my grandmother(still alive)
      -forest(4 times)

      Short-Term Goals:
      -be lucid more often
      - more control and awarrness
      - stay in a dream longer

      Long-Term Goals:
      - eat a biscuit house
      - fly like superman( havent even flyed yet)
      - have an epic fight( batman)
      - talk with DCs(maybe talk about this site)
      - be aiden from the new "Watch dogs"

      Lucid/Dream Recall History:
      - my first lucid dream occured when i was 7. i smashed my head against the wall to wake up. after some years on the internet
i found rebecca's website "world of lucid dreaming". i searched more about lucid dreaming on google. then i found this website. i eventually joined the forums.
after some reality checks and day dreaming, i got my first not-so-memorable-lucid-dream after two weeks. after some weeks i got tired of it. then one day on the weekends i saw inception on the tv.
      and you know the rest......

      Current Technique:
      -wbtb

Comments are pretty rare in the workbooks, I think they're mostly for your own benefit to keep track of your progress so you can look back and see how you're improving. People will comment if you have any problems or if they feel like there is a suggestion for how you're doing things.

Lol sorry. It's nothing personal, it's like Fuzzman said: the workbooks are to track your own progress. But please, if you have a question, or need help with something specific, or want to direct attention to one or more of your workbook entries, then please feel free use the Raise Your Hand thread and one of us will jump right on it.

      Hey goldenphenix,

as Ophelia said, you can use the workbook to help you get organized about lucid dreaming induction and track your progress. Be sure to read the lessons and tutorials in intro class and pick a lucid induction technique. Let us know if you have any specific questions about the tech you use for any tips.

It has been a long time, but i have realized that lucid dreaming in fact doesnt require any work or techniques at all. this might seem plain stupid but the method i am following right now is: http://www.dreamviews.com/attaining-...g-revived.html

but i will still be hanging around in dreamviews (i have realized this community is one of the nicest ever)

      Welcome back, goldenphoenix!

You are right, sometimes just the intention to have lucid dream can be an effective way to induce them.
