Reality Checks: -Nose plug -Pushing finger through palm Dream Signs: -Fairs with Arcades? -Not being able to see my hands Short-Term Goals: -To lucid dream frequently, if not every night Long-Term Goals: -To have a high level of awareness -To have a lot of control -To have clear, vivid lucid dreams Lucid/Dream Recall History: -A couple nights in a row I forgot my dream afterwards, but for the most part, I have pretty good recall Current Technique: -DILD. -FILD Sleep Schedule -I've improved my schedule. I usually go to bed at 9-11 PM and wake up at 6-8 AM. Why I want to lucid dream -To do things that I would have no chance of doing in RL, like going on a date with my crush, or going to Hogwarts.
