      Homework #1:

      I've had lucids before, studied my dream signs and everything so don't be suspicious I know this stuff already.

      Reality Checks:
      - "Awareness Check": Where am I? How did I get here? Where will I be in five minutes? I believe I heard about this from FryingMan or Sageous... If focuses less on a "yes or no" answer but more being able to infer.
      - I do not do the "look at hands" RC because that it has failed me every single time (I assume reality no matter how screwed up my hands are). This is one of the "yes or no" RC's.

      Dream Signs:
      - Bears: Every single time I see a bear I am dreaming. With them comes a sort of fear usually, that something is coming for you from far away and that it will get to you soon.
      - Thunderstorms: We don't get too many thunderstorms where I live, and almost every time there's a really big one, I'm dreaming.
      - Drugs: Never see 'em in real life, only in dreams (and on Cops).

      Short-Term Goals:
      - Have 3 or more lucids in one week.
      - Do a WILD (but I'm still scared of SP and stuff).
      - Have a longer lucid (as of 11/13 I typically have maybe 2 minutes), maybe 5 or 10 minutes long?
      - Visit a past dream world (lucidly or non-lucidly).
      - Try out FILD and see if/how it works! (11/21/15: Nope, doesn't work after two attempts. Maybe some other time!)

      Long-Term Goals:
      - Have 3 or more lucids every week.
      - Have complete dream stability and control.
      - Sleep more (9+ hours every night).
      - Create a patchwork quilt of previous dream worlds.

      Lucid/Dream Recall History:
      (11/13/15 - 11/20/15) Nothing much has been happening; some fragments here and there. I had maybe 1 cohesive dream.
      (11/21/15 - 11/27/15) 3 whole NLD's, 2 frags, no LD's.
      (11/28/15 - 12/5/15) 1 massive NLD, 2 frags, no LD's.

      Current Technique:
      - DILD w/ MILD by awareness training and memorizing dream signs.

      In-Dream Goals:
      - Say something to a DC.
      - Make something appear.
      - NOT feel the drowsy dream fog.

      [Update 11/20/15]:

      Lately, there really hasn't been much going on. I've been so busy with life and everything I haven't thought of my dreams as much and have started seeing them as a distraction during the day. I still hope to reach my goals, but for the moment they're getting the backburner.

      [Dream Recall]:
      To be completely honest, not much of anything has been happening. I've had some fragments that I've recorded elsewhere, and I'll be sure to toss them on my DJ in the near future. The last cohesive dream I had was probably 5 days ago. Hopefully with some "dream binging" I can get it up for the weekend.

      Dream binging is a technique that worked very well for my first lucid in recent years. If I basically think about dreaming and do lots of looking around on the forum and load up my mind to the brim with dream-related things I have a much higher chance of recalling, and LDing as well. I'll have to see how this works for this weekend. I just know I've got lots of things I want to get to, so hopefully I can find the time.

      [Goals]:
      - I did momentarily try FILD, but I think I was too tired to really keep up with it.
      - Other than that? No progress.

      Dream binging - that is a really cool name! Yes, we have tons of inspirational threads here so be sure to saturate your mind with thoughts about dreams and lucid dreaming.

      Hahaha thanks NyxCC! Sadly, I've tried that link before to no avail Great minds, eh? You can see the progress with the dream binging technique below (it worked!).

      [Update 11/21/15]:
      Well, I guess I can absolutely conclude that dream binging works. I remembered two whole dreams from last night after reading some EWLD and surfing the forum for a while.

      [Dream recall]:
      It's great! After getting some enthusiasm up through dream binging it all worked out great.
      I remembered two whole dreams from last night which may be read here.

      [Goals]:
      - Yep, tried FILD for real now. No worky. Maybe I'll try it again after I do my first WILD. For now, I'll cross it off my list.

      I'll try to keep updating as the weekend goes on! Hopefully I can use this momentum to snag a lucid before the week hits!

      Dream binging continues to work, but no lucids yet. I seem to have a thing for hot sauce...

      [Update 11/26/15]:
      Happy thanksgiving everybody! Well lately life has been pretty chill with Thanksgiving and all, and my recall has been great!

      [Dream Recall]:
      Since my last update, I've remembered 2 dreams, one of which was quite elaborate and the other which was relatively foggy.

      11/24/15: Found a Girl on the Road...? (Random/Love-ish)
      11/25/15: Secret Societies Downtown and Magic (Epic)

      [Goals]:
      Well, no lucids so none of those goals have been met, but I thought of a couple new ones:
      - Visit a past dream world (lucidly or non-lucidly).
      - Create a patchwork quilt of previous dream worlds. There's a few I've had where I know I'm in the same town that doesn't exist.

      [Update 11/29/15]:
      Tried WBTB last night and had an IMMENSE dream as well as great recall. I can feel a lucid coming on soon!

      [Dream Recall]:
      Great recall lately. WBTB produced the second one!
      11/26/15: The Movie Theater and Stuff (Random/Love)
      11/28/15: Star Wars, a New Friend, and Tons of Dreamlets (Huge)

      [Goals]:
      No lucids yet! But I tried WBTB and had some great recall these past few days.

      [Update 12/4/15]:
      Well, I had my first LD in a while last night, although it barely deserves the title, since it was only about 20 seconds long and I couldn't do much.

      [Dream Recall]:
      Pretty trashy to be honest; weekdays suck. I've got two nights (last night included) that I could remember, but I haven't written any of them down.

      [Goals]:
      Well, I had an LD! I guess if I have two more in the next week I will complete a short term goal!

      Wow... time for an update, I guess! It's been a LONG time!

      Lots of dreams and stuff lately, with one or two lucids in there as well! You can read them in my DJ.

      I've been trying a few new techniques:
      - Requesting dreams or dreamsigns before bed.
      - WBTB EVERY night.

      With the following respective consequences:
      - More intense dreams, or dreams with moments of intense emotion.
      - More dream recall.

      I've also thought of a couple of new goals and techniques to try for the future:
      - Try the "rubbing hands" technique.
      - Ask the dream for help getting lucid.
      - Have a lucid dream 5-10 minutes long.
      - Ask the dream for a surprise, something meaningful, or something I need to know.
