      Sleep paralysis

      So iv been a member awhile but I forgot my password and changed my email. Blah blah blah. Anyway I was wondering to start sleep paralysis so you just lay in the same position for a long time and close your eyes? What is it for too? Is it to help start a LD. What's the best way to do this?

      What you are attempting is WILD (Wake Initiated Lucid Dream) and yes, its for LD, however, is a harder technique to start with. There are plenty of guides here in DV that will help you out to sharpen your abilities.
