I think the easiest way to do it and it is what i did last night is when you go to bed estimate how long it will take you to get to sleep e.g if you go to bed at 9:30 and you think you will be asleep by 10 then set your alarm to go off 4 hours and 30 minutes later this should mean you wake up either in or just after a REM period making it easier to recall your dreams and from this point you could apply the WBTB technique. |
