When you feel the LD collapsing, spin yourself around (like you would do to get dizzy) in the dream, this will help maintain the dream. Worked for me! Also, keep your journal by your bed, and write down as much as you can. It's hard to stay legible, but the more you can write down the better. You will forget it later if you don't. I had my first LD last night after a week of trying, and these tricks worked. |
