This happens to a lot of people. When you feel like you are about to wake up, do a DEILD. Focus on keeping your eyes closed and not moving your body. You should go right back into the dream. |

Cool, is it like a wild? Do I tell myself I'm dreaming or just lie there? |

DEILDing's as Eppy said. Personally, as well as staying still and keeping my eyes closed, I focus on the tactile, visual, and auditory sensations of the dream I just came out of. For instance if I was on a beach, I imagine leaning over and feeling the sand. It helps trick your brain into thinking you're still asleep. |

We all live in a kind of continuous dream. When we wake, it is because something,
some event, some pinprick even, disturbs the edges of what we have taken as reality.
