Exclamation WOAH WOAH woah. Woah. I need some explaining here :(

Last night, i woke up 3 times. Each of which had the exact same dreams before hand.
Well... Not the same dream, but instead the same ending.
On the first awakening it was strange to me.
As i woke up i managed to keep myself in the dream, but got stuck. I ended up being able to move my body in reality, but i was still in the dream. What triggered my confusion was that everything disappeared and even in the dream, i couldnt remember the dream.
Now here was the weird part. While having control of that very white room, i was being pulled out. So i kept saying to myself "keep myself in!" I had control. I eventually ended being pulled out unfortunately.

Now the second time was the same, but when being pulled out, i could stop it for a while. I walked around the room, and did a few RC's. Then i was pulled out.

Now the third was the strangest. Same thing happened, but no pull. Instead in real life i got out of bed but had my eyes closed and was still dreaming. In my dream i realised i was out of bed, and thought of the danger of walking around without being able to see, so i pulled myself out.

What is this called?! Because it was fun.
      Thanks in advance.

I'm Sorry I don't know what thats called. But I know how to pull myself out of dreams too, usually when I don't like a dream or something goes wrong and because im still new at controlling my dreams i pull myself out of my dream and then dream the same dream again just better. Can you ever stop lucid dreaming? Like dream within a dream? Would that be possible?

Also when I dream and if I know im dreaming i wake up in reality and i try spinning but its just too late.. And i've controlled my dreams before but only for short periods of time.

I dont know, if that was a lucid dream, then its one of my first. But um... i guess dreaming within a dream is possible if you tried going to sleep in the dream...

The third one, the 'dream within a dream' is actually called a "False Awakening." They're actually pretty common.

I think he's saying that he was sleep walking but he realized that he was moving around IRL when he was still within the dream, feel free to correct me if I'm wrong, otherwise, yes, dream within a dream are pretty common

My bad! After a closer look, I think you're correct!

In which case, I don't think there's a name for that yet.

Maybe it's false awakening with hallucinations. Cool idea, don't you think? Or maybe hallucinations of false awakenings.

I hate that pulling feeling that happens when you start to wake up, and how hard you have to try to bring it back to you
