Dream Juice

Hello All. I have, on and of, been trying to achieve a lucid dream with little success. A few years ago I believe I had a couple and I had multiple when I was a child. After a friend told me what he was able to do in lucid dreams, I decided I have to try again. For about 3 or 4 nights I have been trying different methods, as well as reading a TON about lucid dreaming, with the hope that I will dream about it and thus realize I'm dreaming. I have very blatant dream signs, but have been unable to detect them. I had a dream last night where a neighbor is telling me about this "dream juice" that she drinks to get "deeper" into her dreams. After responding that I've never tried it I remember getting excited and then waking up. My explanation was that I must have realized I was dreaming. Was this just a normal detection of oddities in a dream, or a lucky and blatant coincidence that basically screams "you are dreaming"?

Oh, it was just you becoming lucid naturally, though it sucks it ended right after <.<
