      Can't Remember Dreams?

Usually (like 90% of the time) every night i remember a dream that felt long but i can run it through my head in 10 seconds. Last night i felt like 100% i would lucid dream like my mind felt like i had no doubts and i would do it. I can't remember anything, like it didn't even feel like i was sleeping. Before i slept i was having trouble sleeping so i looked at the clock and saw it was 12:00pm but it felt like i was just lying in my bed the whole time even though i was sleeping and when i tried to remember just lying in my bed or what happened in that 8 hour span all i remember is black. :O

Any idea? Im used to remembering my dreams all the time but not last night? Did i lucid and forget about it? o.o

Every now and again your body will naturally miss dream periods, this is often balanced out by a longer REM dream period the following night. Lucid dreams are usually easier to remember than regular ones, so if you didn't remember anything its more than likely you weren't lucid.

Just stick with it, get plenty of sleep and when you have a lucid dream you shoudln't have any problem remembering it.
