      Exclamation Special position for SP?

      hi fellow lucid dreamers i just wanted to know if ur going for SP do u hHAVE to lay on your back with hands by your side and not move? or can you do it in anycomfortable position?? thnx!

      Any position will work, but laying on your back just helps out a little bit (nothing to worry about)

      It really depends how you are. Whichever position you're least comfortable in, but could fall asleep in would be best. For most people, this just so happens to be the beck. But it'll work in any position, really. Good luck!

      From my experience: While I am very much tired and urging to sleep, if I chose an unusual and less comfortable position, it makes me enter into SP(the most dreaded experience in the past, now my best sleep mate)
